Eric builds his own experience
Eric Kanzig continued developing hands-on experience in cleaning, spotting, pressing, finishing and plant operations.
Eric’s Specialty Cleaners opens in Metairie
Knowledge passed directly from one owner to the next
Eric remained with the company for approximately a year and was paid to work alongside the new owner, sharing practical knowledge in cleaning, spotting, fabric care, equipment operation, pressing and finishing.
We didn’t simply acquire a business. We inherited its knowledge.
Preserving the craft while improving the process
Eric’s transitioned away from traditional PERC cleaning to hydrocarbon cleaning, expanded professional wet cleaning and continued investing in upgraded dry-cleaning and shirt-finishing equipment.
